1. Landing page visitors

Without consent, only anonymous audience measurement is performed (page view), based on a non-reversible technical identifier recalculated daily, with no cookie or browser storage. With consent, time spent, reading depth and clicks per zone are also measured. This data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

2. Contact form data

Form data is transmitted to the client publishing the page, who acts as data controller. It is encrypted at rest and hosted in the European Union. Consent is collected explicitly, timestamped and kept as proof. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

3. Customer account data

Identity, contact and billing data, processed for contract performance (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Payments are handled by Stripe; no card data is stored by xsp.one.
